The 8.25" Sujihiki Slicer is beautiful and comfortable. Multi-Layer Japanese steel blades are finished with a hammered surface and bead blast to accentuate the difference between the hard and soft layers. The solid linen micarta handle is made from layers of red and black cotton linen and resin creating a super durable, ergonomic grip. A full tang runs the length of the handle to support the linen micarta scales. Each knife is hand finished with a stainless end cap, screwed to the full tang for perfect balance.
